We make every effort to source produce as close to our doorstep as possible, however if the best quality is elsewhere we do compromise.

 

GM foods are avoided like Frankinsteins monster, the meat you will eat is traceable, our poultry runs happy and free and our fish is delivered daily to ensure freshness.

 

We endevour to change our menus on a daily basis, this ensures that the freshest, in-season produce is used at all times.
